Longest serving employee recognized

The Managing Director Dr. Silver Kiyemba in a surprising ceremony recognized Ms. Mable Nantongo, for her resilient services rendered to the organization despite trying times. Mable is the Chief Cook with exceptional motherly skills that have sometimes pitted her against rough organizational odds, of inadequate supply of resources. She comes off as a good example of a person extremely committed to their job.

Employees who have known her longer, credit her for often reporting to work even knowing that she had nothing to prepare for staff.

IICS Technologies started with a small team of software developers, growing into a big team of over seventy (70) employees. Twelve years ago, at the time Mable joined, there were a handful of staff whom she had to prepare meals for, yet she even seems to enjoy her work more with the current bigger team.

You are a blessing to each of us. Thank you” read part of the message coined on the plaque presented to her by the Managing Director.
