We are a dynamic and innovative software development company seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Software Development Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide administrative support to our Software Development Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for technology.<\/p>\n

Key Roles\/KRA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department members.<\/li>\n
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.<\/li>\n
  3. Assist with project coordination including tracking progress, and updating project plans, and communicating with team members.<\/li>\n
  4. Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve department efficiency.<\/li>\n
  5. Manage department supplies, inventory, and equipment.<\/li>\n
  6. Provide technical support for basic software and hardware issues.<\/li>\n
  7. Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up equipment, software, and training.<\/li>\n
  8. Maintain department calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.<\/li>\n
  9. Perform other administrative tasks as required including support to Human Resource and Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Experience\/Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project management or any other related field.<\/li>\n
    2. At least 2 years of administrative experience in a software development or IT environment.<\/li>\n
    3. Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n
    4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs) and Project management tools (JIRA)<\/li>\n
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.<\/li>\n
    6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Competencies:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).<\/li>\n
      2. Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).<\/li>\n
      3. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).<\/li>\n
      4. Access to cutting-edge technology and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
